Friday August 1, 2003. I am back on the Island and we are going to the Woods Restaurant.
Still waiting for a Taxi to the Woods.

OK now we are on the way this is a house that overlooks the Grand Hotel in the foreground is the Hotel's Golf Course.
These houses are to the west of the Grand Hotel...
Saturday August 2, 2003 we have left the harbor and on our way around the Island, Kathy at the helm.
One last look back, It was a great, but painful trip wish we did not have to go.
The look back at the light houses marking the Straits of Mackinac.
Arch Rock on the Eastern side of the Island.
I have taken pictures with traditional cameras of boat in the lake through the arch, now I am in some ones picture.
We got as close as we dared, the water is so clear it was difficult to judge how deep it was.
Why could we not have had at least one day like this on the way up???
I was beside myself at this site, clam water...

Can't seem to get enough of it...
Oh heck one more would not hurt a thing...
And the homes to the west of the Grand Hotel...
There is just so much beauty and the bridge in the morning is so beautiful.
Just wish we did not have to go...
