Day 2-Sunday July 27, 2003 about 9:00AM, Looking back at the Marina as we leave...
The "Escape", a fun loving group.
The mad dash to the big lake.
This is about as close as we will be to these boats for the rest of the day...
The calm before getting to the Big Lake.
And now the reason we are out here is???
Looks good so far
The Sea Ray 550 waiting for us in Ludington, MI, we smaller boats needed fuel...
The 550 was our watch dog. They held up the rear for stragglers and anyone having any difficulty.
Kathy on the left tying up to the dock, on the right the Cops R Us tied up in Frankfort, MI.
We are only 27 feet long and proud of it!!!
We will be here for Sunday and Monday July 27 & 28, 2003.
The "Debbie T" showing the results of some rough seas, the swim platform is broke.
This view is looking East into some really shallow water.
There are a lot of big boats around here and one small one...
Ah, The skipper finally gets to rest and relax and enjoy a cold one.
This is what I really was looking forward to an afternoon nap...
Kathy enjoying an afternoon cocktail onboard the "Life Deluxe"
It's Tuesday July 29, 2003 and we are leaving Frankfort, MI. It sure looks calm out there...
Our last look at the Frankfort Harbor, next port is Mackinac Is.
The "Summer Wind" catches up to the crowd.
In the distant you can see the Mackinac bridge.
The 550 making sure we all get to the Island.
The bridge is sure something to see and behold...
Our first look at the Grand Hotel.
