The Island House Hotel, we had our first "official cocktail party" on the veranda.

This is sometime on Wednesday July 30, 2003 and a west bound freighter is going by the open end of the harbor.
Just west of the harbor opening is an east bound freighter passing the west bound.
I zoomed in so you can see the east bound freighter and a ferry.
The ferry's are a constant until around 10:00PM but the freighters go by at all hours of the day and night.

The Arnold Transit Co. docks and a passenger ferry coming in to unload.
Wednesday evening and we are riding on a Taxi to the Grand Hotel for dinner, just approaching downtown.
A beautiful evening for a ride.
Sea Ray has a special deal with the hotel and we get to sight see free.
The Grand Hotel gardens in full bloom.

The beauty of this place is just awesome!
